watercolour and colour pencils on A3 paper

(Victoria tower garden)
I was trying to sort out my thoughts (should I quit art school and go study medecine?!) at the park by the river.
This was a record of the strange feeling of a passive nostalgia of a present that seemed suspend indefinitely. I wanted to capture the gaze of witnesses of this moment too, it was unsettlingly peaceful, though here I tried to depict it as a less neutral but more hopeful scene.
